Lighthouse is led by a team drawn from churches across the country. All the leaders are required to complete enhanced disclosures from the Criminal Records Bureau, and we take up two personal references for each new leader, including one from their church leader. All the leaders are actively involved in their local church, many are involved week by week with youth and children’s ministry. The holiday is run under the auspices of Ventures, part of the work of CPAS. Lighthouse is run as a non-denominational holiday reflecting an evangelical Christian ethos.
